About “Identity and Access Management”:
Businesses leaders and IT departments are under increased regulatory and organizational pressure to protect access to corporate resources. As a result, they can no longer rely on manual and error-prone processes to assign and track user privileges. IAM (Identity and Access Management) automates these tasks and enables granular access control and auditing of all corporate assets on premises and in the cloud.

About speakers:
Thomas Piret:
Thomas started his career in cybersecurity in 2014 after obtaining his Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium, where he specialized in “Software and Critical System Design”.
He is currently a Manager of the Cyber Risk Service division within Deloitte’s Risk Advisory group, with a primary focus on Identity & Access Management. He has been involved in various national and international projects, working closely with clients in the Financial Services, Technology and Manufacturing industries to help them address their cyber security challenges. Main Competences : Cyber Strategy and Risk Management (Assessment & Roadmap)
Identity & Access Governance (Strategy & Implementation)
Application Security Management.
Certifications : Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, COBIT 5, ITIL v3.

Gianluca Mamone:
Gianluca is a Senior Consultant of Deloitte Risk Advisory Italy, member firm of Deloitte network specialized in Risk Advisory Services. He had more than five years’ experience as Security Consultant in the Identity and Access Management environment, working for Telecommunications, Government, Assurancies, Energy companies and Banking Group.
In Deloitte, he is part of the Identity Area of the Cyber Risk Team within Identity Service Line, in which he has assumed competences of Identity & Access Management and Security Governance.

IT Service Management,
System Administrator and Integrator.
Certifications:
IBM Certified Deployment Professional – Security Access Manager V9.0, EF SET English Certificate 73/100 (C2 Proficient), IBM Master Skills 2020 – Verify Access Security Professional, Linux Professional Institute LE-1, CyberArk Certified Trustee.
